Oatsu Founder Lauren used to prepare her own overnight oats for breakfast every morning. When she didn’t have time to prepare them the night before, she couldn’t find any affordable, filling alternatives on supermarket shelves.
Lauren shared her first overnight oat samples at an enterprise nation course in october 2019. feedback was great, and her course attendees became her first customers.
She started selling her breakfasts through instagram, before launching their online store in April 2020.
Since then, they’ve sent out thousands of overnight oat pots to hundreds of customers across the uk.
