I’m a product designer, the owner and one-woman-band behind mind the cork. About seven years ago, I became intrigued about the possibility of using cork in product design, which turned into an all-consuming hobby and, eventually, a business.
My work pays homage to the understated beauty of cork and combines playful minimalism with sustainable materials to create exciting and thoughtfully crafted objects for the home.
I aim to create work that is planet AND people-friendly, which means being inclusive and accessible, as well as considerate to our natural environment”.
